You'll use systems including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe, and our electronic patient records system to manage appointments, patient records, enquiries, and day-to-day administration. Delivering exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email will be at the heart of your role.
How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
You'll ensure the effective running of a busy corporate medical centre reception, providing outstanding customer service while supporting key administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming clients and managing arrivals.
- Booking, amending, and cancelling appointments.
- Responding to telephone, email, and voicemail enquiries.
- Managing multiple inboxes and booking system tasks.
- Processing payments and completing end-of-day banking.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper patient records.
- Supporting referral administration and follow-up bookings.
- Ensuring reception and waiting areas remain professional and well presented.
- Escalating and supporting the resolution of client concerns or complaints.
