Job Description:
Audacy Boston is seeking a part time front office assistant/receptionist. This is an in person position for approximately 25-30 hours per week.
The anticipated starting salary range for Massachusetts-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $15.00/Hr..
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Manage Audacy Boston's Front Desk
- Greet and allow entry for clients, guests, contest winners, vendors, etc.
- Manage office mail and deliveries
- Assist in out of office tasks like errands, catering, and other errands as assigned
- Manage office supply inventory and staff kitchen needs
- Other duties as assigned
Required & Preferred:
- Applicants must be aged 21+.
- Google Workspace Experience (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Polite, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
