St. Louis CDJR is looking for the right person to add as a Receptionist. We are a growing CDJR dealership that is adding a Receptionist to our team to give our customers the personal touch we want them to have. Customer service is very important to St. Louis CDJR.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
- Direct telephone calls to proper parties/departments as necessary.
- Greet customers entering the dealership.
- Operate current dealership phone system.
- Handle multiple incoming lines.
- Assists with keeping the showroom area neat and orderly.
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe and grooming.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Dealership experience is a plus
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Speak Spanish a plus
