Position Title: Receptionist
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Essential Functions:
- Answer the phones in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
- Greet vendors, customers, applicants, etc. and direct them to the appropriate company personnel.
- Distribute company mail. Order and maintain office supplies.
- Unlock front door, open office and stock kitchenette.
- Support plant events and participate in event planning.
- May have some accounting responsibilities, including Bill of Ladings.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Must be open to weekend work.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Education or Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Experience with emails, phone calls, and Microsoft 365
Language Skills:
Excellent speaking and phone communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine correspondence and reports.
Physical Demands:
The job involves prolonged sitting, talking and hearing. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee may occasionally be required to commute to pick up supplies. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. May be exposed to loud work environment on the production floor.
