Schedule & Compensation

  • Every other weekend - Saturday & Sunday - 6:30 AM to 3 PM
  • $17.25/hour.

Job Description

  • Greets visitors and residents courteously and assists with questions/problems or refers to appropriate department.
  • Serves as central communications during emergencies.
  • Answers all incoming calls in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate party.
  • Completes administrative duties including but not limited to mail distribution, copying, computer work, etc. 
  • Monitors security cameras in conjunction with security staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ year(s) of administrative/receptionist experience.
