The Receptionist greets all visitors, receives and answers phone calls and schedules all vendor delivery appointments. This role also scans and files all accounts payable documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Answers and redirects all incoming phone calls to La Bodega main line, daily
- Schedules all vendor receiving appointments, daily
- Sends schedule for all vendor appointments via email to buyers and warehouse manager
- Scans all vendor purchasing documents, daily
- Scans all account payable documents, daily
- Files all scanned documents
- Matches vendor check stubs with paid invoices
- Files all matched invoices with check stub
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus.
- A minimum of one year administrative, office, or related experience.
- Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Dependable and organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Strong communication capabilities (verbal, written, and comprehension).
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

- The work environment is that typical of a distribution center.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use the hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Must be flexible with work schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility.
- Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
- Exposure to extreme temperature changes, moisture, noise, odors, and moving equipment.
