What We DoDirector of First Impressions
Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the organization, creating a positive and professional first impression for all visitors and callers. Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently routing incoming calls to the appropriate team members while maintaining excellent customer service. Provide front-office support by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers a strong foundation for career growth, with opportunities to build communication, organizational, and administrative skills in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately, ensuring a positive and professional office experience

  • Manage a multi-line telephone system, efficiently screening and routing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel

  • Maintain building security protocols by monitoring visitor access, issuing passes, and supporting appointment scheduling as needed

  • Support office operations through ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies and equipment

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner

  • Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing documents, maintaining records, coordinating appointments, and assembling materials or packages

Knowledge, Skills, and Technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from safety guidelines, operating procedures, and policy manuals

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and visitors

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to responsiveness, reliability, and follow-through on requests and responsibilities

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • Entry-level role with opportunities for growth and skill development

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing, receptionist, or office support role preferred

Pay Range: $16.07 - $21.41 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
