Want a role where you can oversee front desk and office administration for AvePoint Singapore
What will you be doing?
As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact of AvePoint Singapore. You will ensure guests are welcomed and greeted positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide general admin support to colleagues and guests
- Handle walk-in clients, vendors, interviewees, other guests, etc.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Process daily incoming & outgoing mails/ deliveries.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers in relation to office maintenance.
- Ensure office supplies are well stocked
- Maintain onsite employees’ apartment arrangement.
- Processing of work permits application/renewal/cancellation when necessary
- Data entry
- Provide other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma holders or GCE ‘A’/‘O’/‘N’ holders with experience
- Proven work experience in Administration, or similar role. Candidates with minimal or no experience will be considered if there are transferrable skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proactive, Organized, self-disciplined, able to multi-task and a team-worker.
- Pleasant disposition & good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills, and know when to approach for help
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore
