About the Role:
Deliver a professional front-of-house experience by welcoming visitors, managing visitor registration and access, coordinating meeting room arrangements, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and guests.
Coordinate daily mailroom and courier operations, including receiving and distributing parcels, managing document tracking, supporting messenger services, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders.
Support workplace operations by coordinating pantry supplies, meeting room readiness, visitor hospitality, office events, and day-to-day administrative activities to maintain a high standard of workplace presentation and service.
Work closely with the Facilities Coordinator, building management, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support facilities administration, parking management, contractor coordination, invoice documentation, and workplace requests.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional reception environment while ensuring compliance with workplace procedures, operational standards, and exceptional customer service at all times.
About You:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, front office, workplace services, hospitality, customer service, or office administration within a corporate or hospitality environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach to engaging employees, visitors, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience coordinating administrative activities, workplace operations, vendors, or office support services in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
