Job Profile Summary
The Receptionist must convey a courteous and professional image for an organization.
They must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, especially in a high-pressure environment. They must also be proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
They will provide administrative support and customer service to both external customers and internal staff. They foster relationships. They assist vendors, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist internal and external customers with their questions and concerns.
Their role is to perform basic administrative duties, receiving, recording, and transmitting information and required documentation
Role and responsibilities:
Attend the switchboard
Report the Official Gazette exchange rate
Liaise with DHL Courier, review invoices, and deliver packages
Receive visitors and suppliers
Prepare protective equipment for visitors and confidentiality agreements
Meeting rooms with coffee breaks and other necessary items
Monitor the order and control of the Culinary Kitchen
Maintain the meeting room calendar
Update the extension list
Coordinate transportation for visitors
Support the Commercial Director and Operational Director with billing
Coordinate audits
Review INFOMX email
Monitor Nestlé coffee and vending machines
Organize and execute recurring or one time plant events
Support other administrative activities as needed
Key ingredients:
High School degree
Spanish fluency required
Intermediate English required
Good command of Windows computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good telephone skills
Good command of general computer systems
Excellent communication, organization
Self-motivated, creative and flexible
