HERE's Revenue Accounting team is looking for a Junior Revenue Accountant. The team consists of currently 10 employees in total, located in Chicago, Leon, and Eindhoven. Revenue Accounting is responsible for managing and administrating the revenue for North America. Collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing are crucial for the success of the team.
Main responsibilities of the Junior Revenue Accountant are:
- Invoice customers based on reports received. You should be able to validate the prices used in the reporting against the contract.
- Process Sales contracts: understand the accounting details in a contract and be able to process it in the different systems we use
- Follow-up on questions from customers or internal stakeholders regarding invoicing and revenue recognition
- Provide documentation customers need, e.g. filling in supplier forms
- Assist in other tasks e.g. month-end close tasks, internal/external audits
In this role you will report to the Team Lead who is based in Leon.

- This role reports into our North America Accounting Team Lead, based in Leon, Guanajuato.
- This position follows a hybrid working arrangement, three days on-site in our Refugio Campestre office and two days remote (work from home). No exceptions will be made to this working arrangement.

The ideal candidate possesses:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- 2-3 years work experience preferred
- Strong communication/organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information
- Experience with PeopleSoft a plus
- Accounting license or equivalent education/training
- Strong English language communication skills (oral and written)
