Ameritech Facility Services is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ball Ground, Georgia. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting daily office operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents
  • Assist multiple departments with administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Onsite in Ball Ground, GA
