Oversee daily operations for a commercial construction office, coordinating project teams, schedules, documentation, vendors, subcontractors, and administrative workflows. The role owns issue resolution, process improvement, organization, and operational efficiency while supporting multiple construction projects and keeping priorities on track. Strong commercial construction experience, project coordination knowledge, organization, communication, and independent problem-solving are required.

Leads and supports Project Coordinators in a commercial construction environment. Responsibilities include project setup, documentation and compliance reviews, invoicing and cost approval, budget and financial tracking, team training, project meetings, timekeeping, process improvement, and coordination with Project Managers, Accounting, and Operations using Acumatica and SharePoint.

Prospect for commercial customers, develop new business, contact decision-makers, present products and services, identify customer needs, generate quotes, manage sales opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and build an independent sales pipeline. This part-time, commission-only contractor role requires outbound prospecting, persistence, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Commercial, construction, or building-products sales experience is advantageous.

Supports construction bidding and project fulfillment by tracking bid invitations, preparing and sending proposals, procuring Division 10 materials, maintaining ERP records, coordinating vendors, tracking shipments, and assisting sales representatives with follow-up and documentation.

Manage commercial interior fit-out projects and customer relationships from bidding through completion. Tasks include recruiting and scheduling crews, coordinating subcontractors, purchasing materials, ensuring quality and safety, estimating, documentation, and maintaining company software. Travel to sites (25-50%) and oversee multi-site rollouts while building client rapport and driving revenue opportunities.
