Advises executives and managers, ensures compliance with multi-state employment laws, and harmonizes HR policies and employee practices across geographically dispersed office and field teams.

Supports accounting operations through customer invoicing and collections, vendor invoice processing, purchase order maintenance, job costing, reporting, ERP updates, financial analysis, journal entry recommendations, and organized recordkeeping. The role also communicates with managers about purchasing and profitability while assisting with general accounting projects and administrative duties.
