Print and Mailroom Operator
Salary: Up to 15 EUR per hour
Location: Taunusanlage 9-10, 60329 Frankfurt
Contract: Six months fixed term contract, part time
This contract can be extended for up to two years.
Schedule: This is a temporary support role with a maximum of 20 hours per month. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible, as hours will be scheduled on an ad-hoc basis according to operational needs. Shifts will fall between Monday and Friday, with flexible timing.

Key Responsibilities
Reception:
- Handle telephone enquiries and email correspondence in German and English
- Management of conference-rooms and the organization of client meetings
- Contact person for internal processes, the organisation of the information flow within the reception area
Reprographics and Mail:
- Handling of all standard mail and courier shipments (inbound and outbound)
- Control of digital colour printing systems
- Processing of all incoming print jobs
- Quality monitoring and material disposition
- Handling of ad-hoc inquiries by phone, email and in person
Key Skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS applications (Word and Excel)
- Very high client/service orientation and flexibility
- Friendly and confident appearance and good manners
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Independent working style, works well under pressure
