Responsabilidades e atribuições:
Atendimento presencial de participante na recepção;
Agendar e cadastrar participante;
Atendimento telefônico;
Organizar e controlar de entrada / saída de pessoas;
Recebimento de correspondências, produtos, encomendas e encaminhar para as áreas afins, realizando o controle através de procedimentos internos;
Manter a organização e limpeza do setor;
Prestar auxílio as áreas de suporte;
Realizar a abertura/fechamento;
Contatar participante para confirmação de presença;
Contatar participante de entrada das redes sociais para cadastramento;
atualizar cadastro de modalidade de pagamento do transporte e entrega de cartão. Tratamento dos leads.
