Receiving (Drop) Lot Coordinator (Seasonal)

In this role you will work onsite at Conagra's facility located in Imlay City, Michigan. You will work part time hours normally starting at 8:00 a.m. finishing around 1:00 p.m. You may be required to work Saturday and Sunday based on business demand. You will receive hourly rate of $20.00/hour. You will provide customer service support for inbound/outbound truck drivers. You will work in a team environment. This role is seasonal with ability to return year over year. Anticipated to continue until November.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain & Distribute Drop lot sheet twice a shift or more as needed.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules for all departments
• Retrieve warehouse schedule
• Check in trailers, verify pickup/reference numbers. Trailer/container numbers and verify Driver’s License and any inspections required.
• Assign drivers where to drop and pick up trailers
• Verify seal number when driver picks up load and sign bills for outbound finished goods loads.
• Give instruction on moving tandems.
• Complete special projects, duties and assignments, as appropriate. 

Compensation: 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
