Receiving Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clark to support our logistics operations. In this role, you will create mailing labels, prepare shipping documents, and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will verify incoming shipments by scanning barcodes into our systems, maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments, and track deliveries to ensure successful completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Answers routine and non-routing inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Implement and monitor of all appropriate materials Systems. 
• Update trailer report and Team Board. 
• Receive into systems and release trailers for receipt in system. 
• Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies. 
• Respond to customer inquiries and anticipates upcoming customer needs. 
• Ensure all inbound transportation windows are met. 
• Coordinate with operations for shipments and expedites. 
• Ensure all outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required. 
• Confirm to the processes and requirements of our integrated management systems. 
• Achieve effectiveness of our integrated management system by following the Quality Policy and meeting company objectives.
   

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within DP World and across the customer supply base.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent command in Czech and English languages
