We currently have a position available for a Receiver/Admin at our Elm Grove Facility.
In this position you will be the first point of contact for the Drivers. While providing excellent customer service you will be doing basic data entry and computer work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good computer skills, be very organized, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a full time position, offering great family benefits, such as 401k, paid vacation and health insurance.
Pay Range: $17-$20/hr. DOE
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Check in all visitors
Receive paperwork/manifest
Review information and make sure everything is filled out
Look to verify information from state website
Input the information into the database
Direct the Driver to the next spot
Keep up with the Volume Report
Answer the phones
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma
The ability to type and 10 key by touch
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
