This role isn’t just about handling programs—it’s about leading innovative initiatives that drive success for our partners and business alike. What you'll be doing:

Build, lead, and continuously improve the NPN Rebate Program, including program structure, payout tiers, eligibility criteria, and performance thresholds that incentivize partner growth and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Build and provide assets for company-wide and outside applications to improve partner benefits programs.

  • Engage with partners and internal team members to provide training and mentorship on program benefits.

  • Partner with sales and business leadership to identify and develop key program initiatives to achieve business goals.

  • Carry out and support regular reporting and business reviews with fellow team members within the company.

  • Drive program communication strategy to increase program awareness, benefits, and participation requirements.

What we need to see:

Demonstrated experience crafting and managing partner rebate programs, including defining payout structures, eligibility rules, financial modeling, and partner-facing communication aligned to business objectives.

  • 5+ years of shown experience in channel partner programs, partner marketing, or channel development, or a blend of benefits program involvement.

  • Confirmed experience working with incentive programs aligned with business requirements, including training and enablement.

  • Solid grasp of the partner ecosystem, business models, and Route to Market strategies.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Highly organized, ability to assist multiple priority projects to closure.

  • Outstanding communication and social skills, ability to build positive relationships, and engage across all levels in the organization.

  • Shown experience and success in building effective program materials and training enablement tools.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3, and 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
