We are currently seeking a Rebate Analyst for our Hyderabad, Telangana, India location. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a well-established team that is leading the way in the memory and storage solutions industry. The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in analyzing and implementing rebate programs, contributing to our successful execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage rebate programs to ensure flawless execution and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine rebate eligibility and successfully implement rebate strategies.
• Monitor and report on rebate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster and manage relationships with collaborators to facilitate clear communication of rebate policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in rebate analysis, preferably within the technology or sales sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple rebate programs simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in rebate analysis or a similar role.
• Experience with sales and financial software tools is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing rebate programs.
