- Assist in developing the supply strategies in collaboration with the Senior Management which will minimize stockouts while maximizing inventory turnovers.
- Identify product life cycles and publish them in advance to avoid Slow/Non-moving stocks/Entry and Exit plans.
- Conduct analysis of portfolio management/design bank to ensure design/category presence as per the product policy and norms.
- Ensure adherence to the process followed for placing the order, SCM Processing, and confirm the fine-tuning of the system.
Skills Required
- Experience in inventory allocation and merchandise assortment analysis
- Ability to prepare and upload planograms for new stores, renovations, and amendments
- Experience in demand and sales forecasting and MIS-driven analysis
- Knowledge of inventory planning, up-stocking, and assortment mix optimization
- Ability to identify product life cycles and manage slow/non-moving stock
- Experience collaborating with senior management to develop supply strategies and SCM processes
