The position:

Payment team is responsible for the end-to-end payment process, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your role is vital in maintaining compliance and supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in managing payment processing
  • Strong understanding and experience of SWIFT
  • Good understanding and experience of Sanctions
  • Good understanding and experience of Clearing
  • Should have handled and have good understanding FX for payment
  • Should have experience in liquidity management
  • Strong understanding and experience of MT103, MT101 and statement handling
  • Should have good understanding of SWIFT GPI or any banking channels will be an added advantage
  • Preparing and reviewing of payment
  • Review banking payment input by others and ensure accuracy & timely delivery of the end-to-end process to the local business teams
  • Perform client administration duties such as maintaining database of statutory or regulatory data, identifying gaps in process and process improvement
     

You’re Profile:

  • Any Graduates, Masters in Finance & Accounting, Inter CA or Inter ICWA
  • 2-10 years experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets Industry with min 4+yrs work experience in payment domain
  • 3-4 years should be fulfilling supervisory, including people management
  • Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure
  • Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in global shifts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & strong problem-solving skill

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Any Graduate, Master's in Finance & Accounting, Inter CA or Inter ICWA)
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in payment domain (2-10 years in Financial Services/Capital Markets)
  • 3-4 years supervisory experience including people management
  • Experience in managing end-to-end payment processing and preparing/reviewing payments
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SWIFT and MT message formats
  • Experience with MT103, MT101 and bank statement handling
  • Experience and understanding of sanctions screening and compliance
  • Experience with clearing processes and FX for payments
  • Experience in liquidity management
  • Experience working across country lines in a global/matrix organization
  • Willingness to work global shifts and operate in hybrid work mode
  • Excellent verbal and written English and strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SWIFT GPI or other banking channels
