As an Advisor within Reasonable Adjustment and Leave Of Absence team, you deliver a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to current employees in support of their HR needs. You will interact with all employee types at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues requiring strong attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and empathetic support. You will adhere to company policy and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.
This position might require to work flexible hours Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends.
Job responsibilities
- Communicate with employees verbally and in writing to resolve specialized or complex inquiries that may require extended support to provide end-to-end resolution
- Initiate interactions with other HR and/or firmwide teams to successfully resolve inquiries
- Complete all call and case tracking actions needed to document interactions
- Process HR related transactions/activities to provide an exceptional customer experience accurately and timely
- Meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics as outlined on scorecards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant experience in HR service or Product roles or equivalent
- Demonstrated active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer obsessed mindset
- Proven ability to summarize key findings and present concepts to various audiences, from Specialists to Senior Leaders
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and problem solving
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge of reasonable adjustments process including Occupational Health
- Working knowledge sickness leaves and applicable labor laws
