Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Real Estate Operations Analyst II supports the success of the Real Estate team by ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operations. Working closely with the Real Estate Operations, Store Build, and Leadership teams, this role provides key portfolio insights through regular reporting, manages lease compliance, and contributes to policy and training document creation to support informed real estate decisions. Success in this role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to uphold operational accuracy across multiple areas of responsibility.
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reports for Real Estate, Store Build, GIS, Network, Field Sales, and Executive Leadership to support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting to aid real estate operations and strategic planning.
- Support the lease review process by managing document uploads and organizing materials for easy stakeholder access.
- Oversee store ownership changes to ensure compliance with real estate standards and operational policies.
- Manage store offboarding processes, securing necessary approvals and providing secondary oversight for onboarding.
- Assist in drafting and updating policy documents and training guides to standardize processes and maintain compliance across teams.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
- 1+ years of experience in real estate, operations, or a similar field
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong foundation in data analysis and report creation
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to team success

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
