Overview:
The LAC Real Estate Team is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to assist the Manager of Real Estate Services directly in driving our customer experience strategy forward, by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented, and self-driven individual to join our Real Estate Team to help oversee administrative functions in support of Facilities Management, Project Management, Tax, Utilities & Mergers & Acquisitions. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support the fast-growing & ever-changing LAC region! You will interact within important functions such as Project Management, Facilities, Transactions, Technology, Sustainability, Lease Administration & the various M&A business Teams. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a seamless experience for internal stakeholders working within Mastercard's offices and to facilitate communications, policy implementations, and ensure processes are followed with key internal and external stakeholders. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will liaison with Mastercard's Global Real Estate Services preferred Vendor Partner and other departments alike in optimizing Mastercard's footprint.
Job Description: Real Estate Analyst
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders working together to meet Mastercard's objectives and goals• Work with the Director of RES to develop strategies and recommendations for individual real estate assets and coordinating communication to both internal stakeholders and external vendor teams • Periodic support of Mastercard subtenants in a property management service style• Form effective working relationships and networks with vendors, contractors, third party property managers, insurance agents, brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely and superior completion of all projects and deliverables
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with internal stakeholders & cross-functional business teams communicating and presenting the status of goals and objectives on an ongoing basis• Monitor & ensure timely processing of tax payments and rent roll due as applicable to the assigned real estate portfolio• Travel to real estate locations, leadership meetings, and internal meetings on an as needed basis• Control expenses, and enhance value on retained real estate assets & leased sites • Maintain relationships with all Property Managers on all assigned leased properties to ensure optimal operations and ensure work order charges are audited monthly• Work with Real Estate Leadership to ensure the best possible value on acquisitions and dispositions is obtained• Obtain and maintain industry designations applicable to this position, fulfilling ongoing mandatory education and training requirements as necessary• Prioritize and delegate projects to appropriate support resources and oversee ongoing progress• Adhere to internal policies and procedures
All About You: • Real Estate & Facilities experience within a corporate office environment, preferably in Class A office space.• Experience monitoring and reporting on detailed budgets, schedules, and multiple ongoing project statuses.• Ability to support new process improvement opportunities.• Ability to relentlessly prioritize.• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, real estate (or equivalent experience). Facilities or Real Estate professional membership, registration and/or certification from an accredited organization a plus.• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common lease terms & business language • Excellent data analytics skills• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills Required

  • Real estate and facilities experience in a corporate office environment (preferably Class A office space)
