The Opportunity:

Support for HQ AETC A3/6 to ensure training and resources are planned, programmed, and budgeted to develop, update, and add to the AETC A3/6 Air Force Readiness Training and Security Cooperation (SC) training analysis activities. Work includes competencies development requirements for training analysis activities to include competency-based training development and analysis for USAF readiness and AETC courses. Support to these activities include program management, assessment, analysis, subject matter expertise, pipeline management and scheduling, registrar, curriculum and courseware development, and technical services.
Responsibilities:

The Readiness Training Integrator (TI) will serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting Air Education and Training Command’s Special Missions Division (AETC/A3Q). 

They will serve as a liaison between  AETC/A3Q as it relates to Expeditionary training and equipment with emphasis on C-IED/C-UAS.  

Additionally, the Readiness TI support must be familiar with COCOM theater entry requirements and expeditionary training requirements. 

They will use experience and expertise to integrate expeditionary training into existing training at their location and be prepared to instruct when requested.  Examples of training include, but are not limited to, land navigation, use and wear of body armor, C-IED/C-UAS, and fieldcraft tactics and procedures. 

With emphasis on C-IED/C-UAS, the Readiness TI will Identify visual indicators of an explosive device; react to an IED; understand methods of IED emplacement tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and perform a nine line unexploded ordnance report. 
Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Will be a graduate of the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) course held at Indian Head, Maryland or Eglin AFB, FL.

  • Will have a minimum of six years of experience as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and have successfully progressed up to the Team Leader qualifications with sufficient knowledge and experience in the EOD training program and knowledge of EOD Operations.

  • Will have operational experience in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operations Enduring Freedom (OEF) or other combat operational environments.

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide proactive customer service support.

  • Demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail skills.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD

Skills Required
