Position: ReactJS+NextJS Lead

We are looking for a ReactJS+ NextJS Tech Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Developing the latest user-facing features using NextJS & CMS
- Having knowledge on writing Technical Design Documents.
- Lead a team of developers to design a modern highly responsive web-based user interface in process oriented manner.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Learn and understand user interactions
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Technical skills:
- 5+ Years experience in NextJs.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with ESLint & Sonar
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with HTML / CSS
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with GA4 & SEO.
