About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled React.js / React Native Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in Islamabad. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that power our all-in-one restaurant management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and designers, to deliver impactful solutions that align with our mission.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
- Contribute to backend development with Nest.js and database design with PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in both web and mobile applications.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance product efficiency and scalability.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management libraries (e.g., Redux)
- Backend development using Nest.js or similar frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player.
Nice to Haves:
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Skills Required
