Analyze manufacturing defects and anomalies using data to identify root causes, propose and implement corrective actions, coordinate with production for rapid response and prevention, evaluate new process improvements, create regular reports on defect trends and results, and share best practices with global sites. Training and OJT provided for candidates without prior semiconductor experience.

Skills Required
- Interest in data analysis and problem solving
- Ability to collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement improvements
- Willingness to learn through training and on-the-job training (OJT)
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in manufacturing quality control or continuous improvement
- Experience using JMP or Python for data analysis
