Key Responsibilities:
- Develops annual marketing brand plan for Pompe Disease, Gaucher Disease, ASMD, MPS I and MPS II by taking into consideration market needs, customer insight, competitive landscape, regulatory changes and so on. The plan also includes future new product launches, product pruning, customers/ channel strategy and product prioritization with financial output in collaboration with global team.
- Leads marketing team in the development and execution of all brands tactical elements and initiatives including their content, that support the operational brand plans optimizing sales, market share and revenue growth for each brand in the short and medium term.
- Leads LSD marketing team to create all tactical tools based on the brand plan, building on customer insights and learnings across the franchise including meeting contents and digital tools and contents.
- Creates mid to long term LSD strategy to maximize value of Nexviazyme, Cerezyme, Cerdelga, Xenpozyme, Aldurazyme, Elaprase and Myozyme in collaboration with franchise head and marketing head in rare disease.
- Talent development for brand managers in RD franchise
Experience Requirements:
- > 7 years of working in pharmaceutical industry, with >3 years in commercial functions e.g. marketing, new product planning, strategic planning, etc.
- Line manager experience in ethical pharma business is a plus.
- Therapeutic experience in rare disease and/or relevant field
- Japanese:Native Level
- Englich:Business Level

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
- Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
