Job Description:Broadcom is looking for a Design Implementation Engineer with demonstrated expertise across key areas such as synthesis, constraints development and validation, timing analysis, and achieving timing closure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of timing analysis and optimization methods, with hands-on experience in driving timing closure for complex digital designs.
In this role, you will contribute to sophisticated design implementations using cutting-edge technology nodes, while also leading one or more aspects of design closure within the team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing precise timing constraints to ensure accurate and efficient timing analysis and closure. Expertise in place-and-route tools for ASIC/SoC design is a must.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive, self-starter mindset, and the ability to work independently. Experience working within global teams and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic environments is essential.
Education/Experience:
BS degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $225,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
