• Rapid Development: Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools to swiftly create customized applications, incorporating coding where necessary.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to ensure the software development aligns with their needs and expectations.
• Comprehensive Support: Participate in all phases of software development, including discovery, planning, development, testing, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing support.
• Best Practices: Research and recommend best practices to enhance software development efficiency.
• Independent and Collaborative Work: Balance working independently on full applications for some projects, while collaborating closely with team members on other projects.
• User Experience Focus: Propose and implement enhancements to user experience, emphasizing intuitive functionality and visually appealing design.
• Data Visualization: Create insightful graphs and analyses that empower users to make informed decisions.
• Professional Representation: Represent Driscoll’s in a professional and ethical manner in all interactions with growers, colleagues, suppliers, customers, and the broader business community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Salary Range estimated for the R&D Business Application Developer in the United States: $60,502.00/year to $85,000.00/year. Salary in other countries varies and is commensurate with cost of living and industry standards for that geographic location.
