At Smith+Nephew we are looking for: Coordinator, Regional Network Planning, EMEA

What will you be doing?

  • Manage, empower, and develop regional supply chain team working for this role on forecasting, orders, and fleet optimization
  • Manage allocation processes, including the creation of manual Stock Transport Orders (STOs) and providing timely responses to inquiries regarding SKU availability.
  • Oversee daily consolidation of shipping manifests and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery to specified countries.
  • Address Non-Conformance Form issues promptly, including the resolution of credit or debit notes and stock corrections within SAP, maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, workshops, and trainings to stay updated on product developments and enhance departmental knowledge and skills.
  • Facilitate period-end reporting resolution (VF04) related to financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate on departmental roadmap activities, contributing to key initiatives and adapting to evolving priorities as needed.

What you will need to be successful?

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with a strong command of language for effective communication.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, demonstrating the ability to manipulate data and present information effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various systems, including but not limited to SAP and RapidResponse, with the capacity to navigate and utilize them efficiently.
  • Expertise in utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools such as Alteryx, Cognos, or Power BI to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative approach with local teams, promoting effective teamwork and communication channels.
