Job Description
As an Implementation Consultant RCM III at Ensora Health, you will be the subject matter expert guiding new Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) customers through onboarding and implementation. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition into our suite of practice management systems. You’ll lead project plans, configure billing rules, manage payer setups, and provide advanced support, all while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.What You'll Do
Serve as the primary expert for assigned RCM implementation projects.
Guide customers through onboarding, including ERA and EDI enrollments.
Configure billing rules and payer setups for customer accounts.
Review and troubleshoot claim submissions, addressing denials and rejections.
Lead customer implementation calls and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Track progress using tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, and Outlook, reporting status internally and externally.
Collaborate with RCM account management to ensure smooth transitions post-implementation.
Monitor key performance indicators and execute strategies to improve implementation success.
Contribute to process improvements and cross-train on related RCM products.
Perform additional duties as needed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
Excellence in verbal and written communication with strong listening and empathy skills.
Proven organizational ability and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
2+ years of hands-on medical billing experience (behavioral health preferred).
3+ years in customer service or account management.
Experience in denial management and claim structure.
Prior project management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Salesforce and other project management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Deep understanding of behavioral health billing and claim structure.
Extensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong analytical and technical skills to accelerate implementation success.
