RCM / FMEA Facilitator – Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring RCM / FMEA Facilitators for an opportunity in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

Position: RCM / FMEA Facilitator
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
Gross Salary: SAR 8,000 – 10,000 per month + HRA + TA

Important Salary Note: Candidates without previous RCM experience will be considered under the minimum gross salary of SAR 8,000.

• Working Hours: 08 hours/day, 05 days/week

We are looking for an experienced reliability professional specializing in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), asset criticality assessment, and maintenance strategy optimization.

• Facilitate RCM, FMEA, FMECA, RBI and reliability workshops with multidisciplinary teams.

• Identify asset functions, functional failures, failure modes, failure mechanisms and consequences of failure.

• Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, condition-based and run-to-failure maintenance strategies.

• Analyze equipment failure history, maintenance records and operational data.

• Develop maintenance task recommendations and technical justifications.

• Support asset criticality assessments and risk-based maintenance programs.

• Conduct RCFA and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare maintenance strategy reports and reliability improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Process Engineering and Reliability teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Reliability Engineering or related field.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management or engineering.

• Proven experience in RCM and FMEA/FMECA studies using GE APMS Meridium.

• Knowledge of reliability engineering, maintenance strategies and risk assessment.

• Familiarity with SAE JA1011/JA1012.

• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP.

• CMRP certification preferred.
