Job DescriptionAs an RCM Associate at Needletail, you’ll work alongside our cutting-edge AI system to make dental revenue cycle management smarter and faster. You’ll verify patient eligibility, handle insurance claims, and step in when the AI needs a human touch — ensuring every claim is accurate and every process runs smoothly.
This is a voice-based role involving active communication with U.S. insurance companies.
Key ResponsibilitiesVerify patient eligibility with insurance companies.
Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
Communicate effectively with dental offices and insurance companies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance processes.
Create a feedback loop for the Needletail AI systems to learn and adapt

Work ScheduleThis position requires working during the second half of the day, from 4:00 PM to 01:00 AM.
