Leads and scales end-to-end revenue cycle management operations for U.S. dental practices. Builds standardized processes, SOPs, workforce plans, quality systems, performance metrics, and management structures. Oversees hiring, productivity, customer operations, service-level adherence, and continuous improvement while scaling the team from approximately 20 to 100+ employees. Partners with product and engineering teams to determine how AI and automation should support human workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Work with Needletail's AI to verify patient eligibility, process dental insurance claims, communicate with U.S. insurance companies and dental offices, and provide feedback to improve the AI. This is a voice-based night-shift role requiring accurate RCM work and up-to-date insurance knowledge.

Own customer implementation and onboarding, build relationships with dental office stakeholders, act as primary post-launch contact, drive adoption/renewals, surface RCM and practice feedback to product, and represent Needletail at sites and conferences. Generalist role on a lean team with growth to lead U.S. customer success.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; integrate AI and agentic systems to enhance product features; ensure performance, fix bugs, and resolve bottlenecks.

Sell Needletails solutions to dental offices across the U.S.: develop strategic sales plans, generate demand, build client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events.
