Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Needletail's AI-driven dental RCM solutions. Serve as primary customer liaison, ensure operational and workflow alignment, drive adoption, manage multiple accounts, support issue resolution, and collaborate internally to improve delivery.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, offboarding, and documentation. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, coordinate performance and feedback cycles, lead engagement initiatives, maintain HR records and compliance, support payroll inputs, and identify process improvements to scale HR operations.

Sell Needletails solutions to dental offices across the U.S.: develop strategic sales plans, generate demand, build client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events.
