- Learn the fundamentals of flavor creation, including raw material knowledge, sensory descriptors, and ingredient functionalities.
- Support laboratory activities and perform bench work while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Assist in flavor development projects and gain exposure to the different stages of the creation process.
- Develop sensory and technical vocabulary to effectively describe and communicate flavor characteristics.
- Collaborate with Flavorists, Scientists, and cross-functional teams on project-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, experiments, and project outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the RC&D team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in flavors, sensory science, and product development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
