• You will review a large amount of customer feedback on Search, Navigation and Map data (road geometry, road attributes,POIs/ addresses, incidents etc.) submitted by customers to improve their experience.

• You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources (satellite and street-level imagery, OSM, local ground-truth sources) to understand the customers' issues.

• You will make high quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines.

• You will triage and close feedback items within the team's SLA, and escalate issues outside the team's scope (routing, search, engine) to the relevant teams.

• You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns and write reports.

• You will tightly interact with teammates, managers and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products and services. 

• A quick learner, ability to switch between projects with different workflow or instructions, multi-tasking.

• Presence of logic, ability to reason and act independently.

• Ability to stay focused on a repetitive work during a working day, keeping high quality and accuracy of data processing.

• Ability to execute monotonous work in large volumes on a high level of personal efficiency

• Ability to work in a team and high communicative skills.

• Proficiency in English, ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal communication, read and write documentation. (B1 and above). Please, indicate the level of English proficiency in your CV.

• Knowledge of traffic rules and road-sign systems.

• Resistant to stress in a rapidly changing situation.

• Analytical mindset and ability to identify common patterns in large volumes of information (SQL and proven analytical experience will be a great advantage).

• Ability to work from the office for the first three months during the probation period, visit the office for team sprints periodically (bimonthly).

• OSM data model understanding and editing experience (or other services), interest in cartography and navigation.

• Proven knowledge of SQL/Python/JS/Low Code technologies for data analysis and automations.

• Experience applying AI tools for information retrieval, process automation, or workflow optimization.

• Interest in developing their skills and expanding competencies within working domain.

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

• A valid driver's license.
