Office work is required during the first three months of probation.

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct multi-channel outreach, schedule qualified meetings, and generate sales pipeline for the account executive team. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate on lead handoffs, optimize prospecting workflows using AI and automation, meet activity and pipeline KPIs, and continuously develop product and sales expertise.

Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting and accounts receivable for assigned areas. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses; handle invoicing, collections, contract review, order-to-cash processes, and cross-functional coordination. Support audit preparation and ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance.
