SALARY: $82,400-$97,850, Bonus Eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The primary responsibilities, as the Analyst, RAU Sourcing & Implementation (BOM Materials), include developing category strategies, negotiating agreements, budget development, variance reporting, contract compliance, assessment of opportunities and risks, assuring supply security and supply chain optimization, implementing strategic sustainability initiatives, and execution of all planned initiatives to deliver the 1YP and 3YP within North America.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Manage Cost & Financial Reporting/Analysis:
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the category.

  • Manage monthly forecasting and actual performance to the budget, working with internal teams to understand and minimize financial variances.

  • Identify, develop, and execute cost savings initiatives to meet annual financial targets.

  • Track relevant commodities and hedging strategies to mitigate risk in applicable categories.

Support Sourcing Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Global Procurement Organization to drive both short- and long-term cost reduction strategies within the category, where relevant.

  • Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations across the supplier base.

  • Oversee supplier performance, including innovation initiatives, contract adherence, and quality assurance.

  • Optimize category material sourcing and supply chain processes to obtain the highest quality materials and generate the lowest supply cost while maximizing customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with supplier and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of strategic sourcing outcomes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Familiarity with 8 step sourcing methodology.

  • Some experience with contract negotiation and development.

  • Understanding of commodity markets.

  • Working knowledge of ABI budgeting and financial reporting systems.

  • Basic proficiency with e-sourcing and data analytics tools such as SAP Ariba, advanced MS Excel, MS Access, PowerBI, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, meaningfully, and in a timely manner while encouraging input from others.

  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to assess business impacts and support data driven decision making.
