This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals and families while working within a nationally recognized model of care focused on access, recovery, crisis response, and whole-person wellness.

As a Master's Clinician, you will provide clinical services across office, community, and crisis settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving behavioral health outcomes throughout our community. As part of our Mobile Crisis Team, you’ll work evening and overnight hours in a rotating schedule that reflects the fast-paced, responsive nature of crisis care—providing critical support when it’s needed most, with only two weekends per month required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to psychiatric crises by providing on-the-spot risk and lethality assessments
  • Deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy and coordinate follow-up care
  • Collaborate with case managers and community partners to ensure continuity of care
  • Develop clinical formulations, safety plans, and disposition recommendations
  • Support individuals in our crisis apartment setting with therapeutic interventions and skill-building
  • Complete timely, compliant documentation aligned with medical necessity standards
  • Participate in mobile and office-based assessments as needed
  • Engage in ongoing team collaboration, supervision, and professional development

Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations
  • A client-centered, trauma-informed approach
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability—you’re comfortable with non-traditional hours - This position is evenings and overnights on a rotating schedule and 2 weekends per month
  • Passion for community-based crisis intervention and stabilization
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
  • Passion for mission-driven, person-centered work

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
  • Eligibility for NH License such as LCMHC, LICSW or LMFT required. 
  • Will require prompt completion of Concord Hospital's Credentialing application process is required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.  
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a mental health treatment environment preferred.
  • Experience working with adults and/or a forensic population preferred.
  • Experience or interest in crisis, emergency services, or community-based care.
  • Availability for night, weekend and non-traditional hours required.
