About the role:
The Range & Product Manager is the link between factory and Product Line ensuring effective launch execution, ramp-up plans, with a deep product knowledge and understanding of market and competitors.

The role can is based in Porcia (PN).
What you’ll do:
- Close and daily co-operation with R&D to ensure execution and follow up of all products related activities
- Support in APAC projects by ensuring the integration and consistency with EU range
- Strong support on range execution in all Clusters with daily contact on product definition/ requests
- Supply Chain liaison (Phase in/out, Stock outs, mix coverage), monitoring of capacity problems
- Support Factory to secure PNC availability on specific request
- Range model catalogue preparation and maintenance and detailed discussion with clusters and model commonality, incl. Customer Delivery Date
- Secure key deliverables of Product Creation processes in line with projects' timing preparing documentation for New Variant Requests (NVRs) / RVP system
- New product (PNC) creation, check on specifications, phase-in/phase-out inside Product Life cycle Management
- Support R&D / Product Care with validation of Control panel drawings, graphics, selectors in collaboration with Range Manager & Cluster
- Update product Information database (Prime) assuring correct and aligned information in all corresponding systems
- Liaise with ECM/CLUSTER for range ramp up: handling ramp-up and production plan with clusters and supply chain, inform clusters on production start/availability
- Collaboration with Product Marketing to ensure timely and effective development of marketing assets to support the commercial launch, be the reference for photos, specifications and other product data availability needed for internal usage and for clusters catalogues and promotional material
- Support the development and creation of marketing complementary material such as sticker, leaflet, labels, maintenance/application in production, in line with Commercial Launch activities agreed with Central Marketing
- Follow up changes/ modifications/updates according to product requirements (legal, R&D, customer requirements)
- Coordinate implementation on improvements with R&D and factory, inform Cluster on timing/samples etc.
- Involvement in complexity reduction activities in strong collaboration with the European Category Manager
- Product life cycle maintenance activities, such as range optimization / complexity reduction and phase in/phase out process, in alignment with Sales, INDOP, R&D, Supply Chain and Purchasing
- Range complexity reduction in coordination with Clusters in agreement with category targets
- Monthly check nr of PNCs and threshold fulfilment /forecast follow-up and liaise with clusters for phase out
- Support factory related cost outs and co-ordinate implementation with R&D and factory, inform Cluster on timing/samples etc.
- Coordination of modifications for legal reasons, component phase-out etc., incl. info to Clusters
Who you are:
- Academic degree in business and/or technical field
- Experience in product development, market analysis, consumer insight, ranging and pricing is highly preferred;
- Profit & loss and technical understanding;
- Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture;
- Exceptional collaboration skills, proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with varying business partners
- Great communication skills and you can convince, influence and motivate others in a complex matrix organization
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The annual gross base salary starts from €37,500.00, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
