Key Responsibilities
- Maintain
full-vehicle range simulation model (modular structure).
- Align
model architecture with evolving system specifications.
- Run
WLTP, EPA, CLTC, and custom driving cycles for range prediction.
- Benchmark
competitor vehicles and calibrate model fidelity.
- Conduct
scenario-based analyses and provide input to decision-making.
- Correlate
model output with test data and drive continuous refinement.
- Support
alignment with VTS/ SSTS targets and validation planning.
Key Deliverables
- Range
model releases with updated sub-system blocks.
- Program-specific
range prediction reports.
- Sensitivity
studies (Aero,HVAC, drive cycle, weight, etc.).

Requirements
- Degree
in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- 5+
years in EV energy modeling or range forecasting.
- Proficiency with
modeling tools (MATLAB/Simulink, AVL CRUISE, etc.).
- Knowledge
of regulatory test cycles and thermal/load influences on range.
