As Range Manager, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of all Wellbeing-related products, such as vacuum cleaners (canisters, cordless cleaners, robot cleaners, Wet&Dry cleaners) and air care products within CA West. You’ll play a key role in bringing our product strategy to life locally, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and the central Product Line team to ensure our products succeed in the market.
What you’ll do:
Translating business strategy into a local product strategy focused on volume, revenue, market share, and profitability.
Selecting the best product ranges in line with customers' and consumers’ needs, considering the best profitability for our company
Coordinating product launches and supporting the sales team with customer presentations and range reviews.
Conducting market analysis (competitors, pricing, promotions) and sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
Evaluating central product proposals and feeding local market needs back to the central team.
Leading product launches from end to end – including pricing, distribution, and promotional planning.
Managing the profitability of your product group and making data-driven commercial decisions.
Acting as the product expert, supporting Sales & Marketing with training and key messaging.
Monitoring in-life product performance and ensuring a strong consumer experience.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in marketing, sales, or product management.
A commercial mindset.
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience working in a matrix organisation and building strong relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You are results-driven and highly motivated.
You are flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities.
You are a team player who inspires others, ready to take initiative and confident in making decisions.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, as these languages are essential for effective communication in this role. French is considered as an asset.
You are willing to travel occasionally between different countries and locations.
