【具体的な業務内容】
最新のネットワーク技術導入において、上流の戦略検討から実運用・改善まで幅広いフェーズに裁量を持って関わっていただきます。 • 戦略立案・プリセールス支援:プリセールスフェーズにおけるお客様の技術要件分析、ソリューションおよびサービス提案の支援 • プロジェクト計画・管理:プロジェクトスコープの定義、工数・コスト見積もり、詳細な作業計画の策定と管理 • 導入・検証のリード:導入・展開を効率的に進めるためのスクリプト準備、情報収集、事前検証 • テスト・トラブルシューティング:テストケースの定義・実行、問題発生時の根本原因分析と是正対応 • プロセス改善:業務プロセスや手法の継続的な改善推進(効率化・品質向上)

<必須要件>
  • RAN/IT/Cloud のいずれかの分野で 3 ~ 5 年程度の実務経験
  • 問題解決力およびコンサルティブな提案力
  • チームでの協働・コラボレーション力
  • 新しいチャレンジに対してオープンなマインドセット
  • 日本語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話いずれも必須)
  • 英語:日常会話レベル(社内コミュニケーションに支障のない程度)
