【具体的な業務内容】
最新のネットワーク技術導入において、上流の戦略検討から実運用・改善まで幅広いフェーズに裁量を持って関わっていただきます。 • 戦略立案・プリセールス支援：プリセールスフェーズにおけるお客様の技術要件分析、ソリューションおよびサービス提案の支援 • プロジェクト計画・管理：プロジェクトスコープの定義、工数・コスト見積もり、詳細な作業計画の策定と管理 • 導入・検証のリード：導入・展開を効率的に進めるためのスクリプト準備、情報収集、事前検証 • テスト・トラブルシューティング：テストケースの定義・実行、問題発生時の根本原因分析と是正対応 • プロセス改善：業務プロセスや手法の継続的な改善推進（効率化・品質向上）
【応募要件】
＜必須要件＞
- RAN／IT／Cloud のいずれかの分野で 3 ～ 5 年程度の実務経験
- 問題解決力およびコンサルティブな提案力
- チームでの協働・コラボレーション力
- 新しいチャレンジに対してオープンなマインドセット
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話いずれも必須）
- 英語：日常会話レベル（社内コミュニケーションに支障のない程度）
