Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Radiology Tech to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors. Performs Radiography. examinations, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and promoting the philosophy, to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.  Provides direct patient care to all ages of patients, particularly focusing on the adult patient.  Position may require working at either campus or access center.

The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Exceptional Patient Care: Must understand we exist for the patients and their care is the number one priority.

  • Excellent Communicator: Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients and family member. 

  • Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided. 

  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding in computer-based applications, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. 

  • Active Teamwork: Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Education: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).  Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

  • Licensure: Registered American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Current Massachusetts License.

Skills Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification/registration
  • Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
  • Ability to provide direct patient care to all ages (primarily adult patients)
  • Proficiency with computer-based applications, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient education and teamwork/problem-solving skills
