Our Radiology Diagnostic department provides comprehensive imaging services, including X-rays and fluoroscopy. These diagnostic tools are essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Radiological Technologist Provides health care services applying pulsed x-ray energy to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed independent practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. Recognizes various patient conditions in order to provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.

The Radiology team at Baptist Health works together to provide the highest level of care for every patient. Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology.
Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry within 90 days of hire
Current license with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
Current BLS Certification
