The Role
Performs radiographic procedures according to established protocols while ensuring radiation safety and proper equipment use. Provides professional, courteous care to patients and collaborates with physicians and staff. Must be competent in fluoroscopy, C-Arms, and general radiology equipment. The role requires an active ARRT license and may involve working one to two shifts until 8:00 p.m. per pay period.

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: 

Performs high quality radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols. Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Applies knowledge of radiation protection, emergency protocols and procedures, and proper equipment utilization to maximize safety in the work environment.

Schedule: 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week). Must be able to work 1-2 shifts until 8:00 p.m. per pay period.
 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

    • NA 

  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

    • Must hold a current ARRT license.

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Competent in Fluoroscopy, C-Arms and general radiology using Quantum and other manufacturers. 
       

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

    • One year of experience

  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

    • NA

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • EPIC/PACS experience preferred. 

    • Knowledge of Fuji, Agfa Cr Systems, and Toshiba DR systems is helpful but not required.
