radEmploy is an AI-powered workforce platform solving the nationwide radiology staffing crisis. Hospitals often wait months to fill imaging roles — we fill them in days through intelligent matching, automated credentialing workflows, and conversational AI outreach.
The Role
We’re hiring a high-output Recruiter to source, screen, and submit imaging professionals. This is a quality-first, speed-driven role — not mass blasting or job posting.
You’ll use radEmploy’s AI outreach platform to:
- Engage licensed imaging professionals at scale
- Run structured qualification screens
- Confirm schedule, pay, modality, and readiness
- Submit only aligned, motivated candidates
- Daily outreach + screening calls
- Validate credentials and fit
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the process
- Maintain clean, accurate workflow documentation
- Work closely with the Operations Lead to prioritize roles
- Fast follow-up and consistent outreach
- High-quality submissions that meet client requirements
- Organized pipeline tracking + clear communication notes
- Steady monthly placements = strong commission earnings
- Organized, disciplined, and proactive
- Strong communicator (text, phone, email)
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
- Recruiting or healthcare staffing experience is a plus, not required
- Help solve a national healthcare workforce crisis
- Foundational role in a fast-scaling, venture-backed company
- $45,000–$60,000 base + commission included
- This role rewards consistency, fast follow-through, and clean execution — top performers are earning $90,000–$140,000+/year
The base pay range for this role is $45,000 – $60,000 per year.
